Falcon provides a robust, deployable, secure network communication capability, currently deployed  with the British Army and Royal Air Force. It supports a variety of infrastructure from large deployed Headquarters through to smaller more remote operating bases.

Falcon supports the requirement to operate effectively with coalition partners, and has the ability to integrate with both  military and commercial communication systems. It is a key element of the networked battlefield, allowing high capacity voice, data and video communications over a common wide area network.

Technology

With an increase in the reliance and quality of video imagery and its associated bandwidth demands, C4I systems need to be capable of handling large amounts of data at pace. Delivering secure, end to end deployable voice, data and video communication, Secure Deployed Network (SDN) solutions allow easy connectivity across a range of scenarios and missions delivering informational advantage. Our ‘One Network’ approach allows us to seamlessly scale solutions that provide connectivity from National Strategic Headquarters down to individual dismounted squads.
 
Through our ability to undertake complex system design, development and integration we are able to integrate and extend current operational and tactical networks to create a Single Information Environment (SIE). This approach supports the fusion of information intelligently to aid better decision making.

With information assurance built in to the core of our solutions, the ‘One Network’ is inherently resistant to a range of hostile Cyber & Electro Magnetic Activity (CEMA) threats.

In addition, multiple levels of security ranging from Unclassified (such as the public internet) to National Secret, can be supported within a single infrastructure in order to deliver a SIE.
  
The Falcon technology is easily transportable with vehicle and palletised options. Once set up, it provides both a wide and local area system within the command post.
